Rental Registration


All owners of rental units must submit a Rental Registration form, along with a Lease Addendum and Certificate of Insurance, each year. A $100 registration fee will be added to the subsequent dues statement. Please review the rental rules and regulations.

While online registration is preferred, the registration form may also be printed and mailed in.
Similarly, the signed lease addendum can be scanned and uploaded as an attachment below, or a copy can be mailed in separately. See the address below.

If no, please submit a signed Addendum as soon as the unit is rented. If yes, BUT an Addendum has not been submitted, please submit one now. If yes, and the tenants have already signed an Addendum, just enter the tenant's name below. A new Addendum is not required.
